An air conditioned ambulance for ailing animals has been sanctioned in Mathura district.

A well to do wish has been granted in the district of Mathura. Farmers can now get treatment for their sick animals in D D Veterinary University at almost no cost, thanks to the initiative of RLD MP from Mathura Jayant Chaudhary.

"The ambulance will be available to farmers to carry their ailing cattle to D D Veterinary University for expertise treatment, free of cost," Chaudhary's spokesman Narendra Singh said today. Apart from the cost of the medical treatment, the farmers have to bear the cost of diesel used for transporting the animal.

The proposed vehicle shall be equipped with doctor, medicine and loader. And this noble cause has been granted Rs 15 lakh from Chaudhary’s MP Local Area Development (MPLAD) fund.
