Agra, Mar 24: An angry mob burnt down a police station in Agra's Khairagarh area late last night.

Police vehicles were also set on fire.

The mob was protesting against a police officer who had allegedly slapped the Chairman of the Nagar panchayat over some issue.

The police opened fire in response to heavy stone throwing by the mob, but no casualties have been reported so far. (ANI)
