Madrid - Spanish giants Sevilla announced on Friday that left-back Adriano will be out of action for around four weeks, after tearing the femoral biceps muscle in his left leg in Tuesday's 3-1 Champions League win away to VfB Stuttgart.

Sevilla's other injury victims at the moment are Lautaro Acosta, Federico Fazio, Arouna Konea and Andres Palop.

On the other hand, Renato, Abdoulay Konko and Alvaro Negredo - all of whom missed the romp in Stuttgart - are now fit again and have been included in the squad for Saturday's home game against Espanyol.

Manolo Jimenez's side are joint third in La Liga and top of Champions League Group G, having won their first three games in splendid style. (dpa)
