Aamir Reveals First Look Of ‘Ghajini’ On Diwali
One of the most awaited flicks of the year 2008 ‘Ghajini’ is now on the verge of launching.
Recently, ace Bollywood actor Aamir Khan unveiled the first look of ‘Ghajini’.
The one minute clip shows Aamir in a killer look, for which he had to undergo extreme physical training and gymming for several months.
Aamir sports a masculine bare-chested-look with stylish tattoos on it.
The movie, which was planned for release on Diwali, will now hit the theatres on Christmas, Dec 25.
Aamir said, “We were planning to release the film on Diwali, but it did not happen because of my injury, so we decided to at least unveil its first look on this day.”
Mr. Perfectionist also wished a very Happy Diwali to all.
In April, Aamir was badly hurt while shooting a tough scene for ‘Ghajini’. The scene required Aamir to lift and throw a bulky man weighing around 100 kilos against a wall. The incident occurred at Hyderabad’s Ramoji Rao studios.
The multi-talented actor said he is eagerly waiting for the film’s release as he has worked in a commercial film after a long time.
“Ghajini is important for me as it is an out and out commercial movie which I am doing after a long time."
On the absence of director A.R. Murugadoss on the occasion, Aamir said, “The post-production work for the film is going on full swing and our director is extremely busy with it.”
The movie clip also showed leading lady Asin.
Aamir also told that it was really tricky for him to work on his styles as he was required to build a perfect body.
“After I finished ‘TZP’, I started to work on my look for the film. It was a tough time when I had to work on my body for nearly three to four hours a day.”
Jiah Khan, who plays second lead in the movie, does not feature in the clip.
Ghajni is a remake of a Tamil film ‘Ghajini’ to be directed by A. R. Murugadoss.
The film stars Aamir Khan, Asin Thottumkal and Jiah Khan in lead roles. A. R. Rahman will be composing the music for the movie whereas Ravi K. Chandran and Anthony handle cinematography and editing of the film respectively.
