With the trend of low cost handsets becoming popular among the masses, a new player Wynncom entered into the market earlier this year. And now the company has come up with India's first Hindi QWERTY keypad phone named Y-45. This all new handset allows the users to chat in Hindi language as opposed to the conventional phones.

The company has launched this handset with an aim to popularize the use of national language among the youth. The Hindi Qwerty keypad phone is expected to be a hit among the masses especially in Tier II and Tier III towns.

As the rate of literacy in these towns is relatively low and moreover with English language a not so common phenomenon in the hinterlands the phone targets the consumers living in these areas.

As Arvind Vohra, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Wynn Telecom commented on the launch of the phone as he mentioned that the company has always believed in the philosophy of launching innovative products and the all new Y-45 i9 is a step in this progress.

He further said that this multimedia series mobile phone is for the consumers who are more comfortable in Hindi language as a communication medium. The phone also comes at an affordable price to cater to the audiences in the target areas.
