Voice given to iPhone web search by Google
The latest reports have informed that soon, the iPhone users would be able to use their voices to browse the web with the help of a new application from Google.
A well known newspaper has revealed that an online voice search application for Apple’s mobile phone is all set to be launched by the company as early as this week.
This entry of search engine giant with a free iPhone application will prove to be the first venture of the company into voice-based search.
This will also mark a tough competition of the online giant with its rivals Microsoft and Yahoo, which have already allowed the smartphone users to use the web with spoken queries.
Back in 2006, Google invented an online voice search system and has left an option open for voice search integration with Android, the "Google phone" platform.
