Vauxhall’s Zafira Tourer to come with a starting price of £21,000Auto maker, Vauxhall has announced the price of its new Zafira Tourer, which was revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show this week.

The new Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) will come with a starting price of £21,000. Interestingly, the starting price is about £1,200 less than its biggest rival, Ford's S-Max MPV, which is priced from £22,200.

The Zafira Tourer's basic model will come with a 1.8-litre, 138bhp engine and air conditioning, DAB, cruise control, MP3 connectivity, six airbags, seven speakers, active headrests and Flex7 seating. Customers can also choose from optional features like Traffic Sign Recognition, Side Blind Spot Alert and Advanced Park Assist by paying extra.

The buyers will also have the option to choose from a 1.4-litre turbo petrol and 2.0-litre diesel engines besides the standard version. Zafira Tourer was first showcased as a concept car at the Geneva Motor Show.
