US Vice President gives passionate closing remarks at Summit on Climate Change and the road Through Paris

Joe Biden, US Vice President, gave passionate closing remarks at the 'Summit on Climate Change and the road Through Paris' at the White House. The event was part of the on-going preparations for the United Nations Conference on Climate Change to be held in Paris in December.

Everybody knows that the climate change is a vital issue for Americans, and certainly for the White House. So, the present administration, with the sustained efforts done by both the President and Vice President, has taken out time and dedicated energy to make sure that big business understands the point, be part of it, remain aware about the rules of the road going forward, and can know about the impact of their actions on climate change.

During the event big business and science come together with speeches and panels, including Secretary of Energy, Dr. Enrest Moniz; Special Envoy for Climate Change, Todd Stern; and Assistant to the President for the Office of Science and Technology, Dr. John Holdren. A range of executives from 'Big Business' kept their points in front of all.

Joe Biden thanked all the participating roughly 81 large businesses for making a commitment to make notable shifts in their manufacturing for helping to fight climate change.

As presented by Shailesh Jejurikar, President of Home Care, Proctor and Gamble seemed to be making some of the most important and dedicated differences on the ground.
