Two explosions at booster stations near Basque region
Castro Urdiales, Spain - Two explosions occurred Wednesday in Castro Urdiales near the Basque region in Spain, following the election of a new Basque premier by the regional parliament on Tuesday, media reported.
The explosions occurred at television or mobile phone booster stations. They caused material damage. No injuries were reported.
The militant Basque separatist group ETA had threatened the government of Patxi Lopez, the first Basque prime minister to defend the region's unity with Spain. (dpa)
