Baghdad - Two bomb blasts hit the Iraqi capital Baghdad on Monday, killing two and injuring five, police told local media.

The explosions targeted the parking lot of the Iraqi Oil Ministry in eastern Baghdad, police told the Voices of Iraq news agency.

A ministry spokesperson said that one of the blasts appeared to have been caused by a car bomb. (dpa)
