London, Dec 18 : Tom Cruise certainly rules the roost when it comes to laughing at himself-while appearing on a U. S. TV show recently, the actor read out a list of the ten most crazy things written about him on the internet.

The `Top Gun' star left the audience in splits when he appeared on The Late Show With David Letterman on December 16.

The star took a jibe at the Internet gossips making rounds constantly speculating about his personal life.

"I''ve always wanted to do this. I have done a lot of things in my life - and definitely this is on the bucket list," The Daily Star quoted the star as telling host Letterman.

Reading out the list in the reverse order, Cruise collapsed in a fit of giggles when he got to number four.

It read: "I believe all emotional and psychological disorders can be cured with Vicks Vapo Rub."
