Tom Cruise to appear on Jonathan Ross'' comeback chat show
London, Jan 14 : Hollywood actor Tom Cruise is set to appear on Jonathan Ross'' comeback TV chat show.
It was believed that the `Mission Impossible' star had previously refused to be a part of the chat show because of the presenter''s part in the Andrew Sachs lewd phone calls row.
However, the actor has now confirmed his appearance. Cruise is promoting his new film Valkyrie, in which he stars alongside Kenneth Branagh and Eddie Izzard.
He will join guest stars Stephen Fry and Lee Evans on the show, reports The Independent.
The BBC suspended Ross for 12 weeks without pay in October after he and fellow DJ Russel Brand left obscene messages on Sachs''s answerphone.
The two presenters said Brand had slept with the Fawlty Towers actor''s granddaughter, Georgina Baillie, and joked that Sachs might kill himself. (ANI)
