San Francisco  - The internet was buzzing with chatter Friday following a report on an influential technology blog that Google was in talks to purchase cellphone blogging site Twitter.

The report on Techcruch. om said that the internet search giant was in late stage of negotiations to buy Twitter for a cash and stock deal which could be the company's biggest acquisition since it snapped up YouTube for 1.65 billion dollars three years ago.

The reports/rumors, saying that the search giant Google is in advanced stage talks to buy social networking and micro-blogging service Twitter, are hot and around! These reports/rumors have recently appeared on TechCrunch.

According to TechCrunch, two unnamed sources have reported that Google is in late stage take over negotiations with Twitter and the asking price of the Twitter acquisition deal is more than the $250m (£170m), but another anonymous source has revealed that Google is only in the early stage dialogue with Twitter.   

Just a few days after introducing Indic Language transliteration feature, supporting five Indian languages, to Gmail, Google has announced that it has released new add-on feature, “Search Autocomplete” for Gmail.

Guys, you can now send emails in five Indian languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam through Google’s Gmail. Well, Gmail’s new feature, “Indic Language transliteration” – recently introduced in Gmail and Google Apps by Google India – allows you to write your mails in the aforesaid five Indian languages.

The existing clients of Google AdSense won’t be able to see the video units feature of the revenue sharing ad program by end of April! The video units feature that lets publishers show YouTube content and video ads on their pages is being removed from Google AdSense.

Google has stated that Google AdSense’s video units feature is being removed because of poor performance.

You will now be able to send emails in the language of your choice - Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam through Gmail. Google India has introduced new feature - Indic Language transliteration on Gmail and Google Apps that facilitates typing and sending in Indian languages.

The "transliteration" feature allows Gmail users to type in the local languages, using an English language keyboard. Currently, Gmail supports 5 Indian languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. The language of your can be selected from the drop-down list next to the icon.
