Tech Mahindra, the country's sixth largest software exporter and largest solution provider focused on global telecom industry, has entered into a partnership with Dubai-based FRiENDi mobile to offer technology solutions to the Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO).

Under this arrangement, Tech Mahindra would enable FRiENDi mobile to the next stage of its MVNO infrastructure development by providing MENA-wide implementation of FRiENDi mobile's ERP, Business Process Automation, Reporting and Web Self Care Systems, as well as state-of-the-art community-based applications and value-added services.

Friendi is the first Mobile Virtual Network Operator in the Gulf and North Africa. The company plans to launch its new services in two Gulf countries and later expand to 14 countries in the region with in next two years.
