Washington, March 3 : Chris Brown was alleged to have tipped off the paparazzi to show his patch-up with R&B princess Rihanna.

The ‘Umbrella’ girl had suffered a bloody nose, swollen lip and facial bruising in an alleged bust-up with beau Brown the night before the Grammy Awards on February 8.

The incident was said to have witnessed the couple going their own separate ways for a while.

Washington, March 3 : American actor Samuel L. Jackson has signed on to star in the big-screen adaptation of Joyce Carol Oates'' 2003 book, Rape: A Love Story.

He will be acting alongside Abigail Breslin and Maria Bello in the movie.

The film will feature him as a sympathetic cop who offers comfort to Breslin''s character and her mother, played by Bello, as her character recovers from a brutal gang rape.

London, Mar 3 : Soccer boss Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed that he is a massive Beatles fan and owns a treasured copy of John Lennon’s wedding certificate.

The Manchester United manager, 67, was in his 20s when the band took the pop world by storm.

“They made an impact on every young person. Their music was unbelievable,” The Sun quoted him, as saying.

Sir Alex’s record of John marrying Yoko Ono in Gibraltar in 1969 is among his favourite pieces of memorabilia.
