The first half of the song shows Spears doing an eye-popping performance as she dances provocatively with topless male dancers in an underwear scattered hotel room, reports the Sun.

The Toxic singer is then seen donning a pink outfit with a Marilyn Monroe wig as she finishes her number.

According to TMZ. com the hearing, which will take place on March 23rd, will involve Rihann's testimony.

However Jane Robison of the Los Angeles District Attorney''s office revealed that, as it is an `in chambers' hearing not much will be revealed about the happenings.

"Since it''s in chambers, we can''t comment on anything that happens," US Weekly quoted Jane, as saying.

The 50-year-old star has added new shows throughout the first two months of the year, ending February 24.

Around 360,000 pre-sale tickets have been sold out so far and if all 50 dates sell out, Jacko will have sold a million seats for his shows.

According to the show organisers, the Thriller hitmaker’s ‘This Is It’ tour has become the fastest selling in history, with 33 seats sold each minute.
