The `Titanic' star, who teamed up with Mendes for her Golden Globe winning performance in ''Revolutionary Road'', constantly discussed her dramatic scenes when the couple were alone together, reports China Daily.

"I would open my eyes in the morning and there Kate would be, going, ''Great! You''re awake! Now let''s talk about the second scene,''" Mendes said.

Myles Kennedy grateful he got to play alongside Led Zeppelin

London, Jan 21 : American singer/songwriter Myles Kennedy of the Alter Bridge has revealed that he is grateful to have been given the chance to play alongside Led Zeppelin.

There were rumours that Kennedy had been chosen for vocals by the legendary group, after an audition was conducted to replace Robert Plant, who did not wish to make a comeback.

But when none of the singers for the audition worked out, the band decided to do away with the idea of a tour, revealed guitarist Jimmy Page''s manager, Peter Mensch.

Kennedy himself revealed that he did try out for a place in the group, and is disappointed not to have been included in any of their future plans, though he is happy he was able to join them for a jam session.

After reviewing tapes over the weekend, show producers decided the new format with four people on the panel slowed down the pace of the show, and Brook paid the price.

In fact, it was being claimed that that Brook was fired because she was not suitable for the job.

However, a friend of the Brook said: "Kelly's exit definitely wasn't performance-related. There were other factors."
