Nokia and Bharatmatrimony have joined hands to let Nokia handset owners to access the matrimonial service while on the move.

The users of Nokia handsets can make use of matchmaking service through Catalogs; a mobile 'shopping mall' that provides different content, applications, and services anytime, anywhere.

Lee Epting, vice president of Forum Nokia, said, "With BharatMatrimony, Nokia is able to offer this service to more people all over the country via a downloadable application that can be found in Catalogs, providing them with all the necessary information they need about prospective partners."

The company said that the newly launched service is opportune and comprehensible.

In-Car GPS Based Navigation Device Launched By MapmyIndia

MapmyIndia, a leading navigable map data supplier, has launched a Global Positioning System (GPS) based in-car navigation device, named as “MapmyIndia Navigator.”

MapmyIndia Navigator makes use of orbiters to decide a user’s location anywhere within the country. It directs users, turn by turn, along with visual map directions supported by voice prompts.

While driving, the device can either be mounted on the windscreen or dashboard, or carried in hand while sitting in the backseat of the car.
