Heidi KlumWashington, Nov 4: Heidi Klum, who dressed up as Hindu goddess Kali, who symbolises death and destruction, for her Halloween bash, has left the Hindu community in America fuming.

The German supermodel dressed up as Kaali for the Halloween party at her place on Oct 31, and was even awarded for the best costume of the night.

And now upset Hindus have asked Klum to make a public apology for posing as a sacred figure.

Christopher Lee's desire to make films as strong as ever

British actor Christopher LeeOffenburg, Germany - British actor Christopher Lee, 86, known for his portrayal of Dracula in many horror films, said Monday that he has no plans to give up acting 50 years after achieving his international breakthrough on the silver screen.

"I still fell the passion to play new and interesting roles," Lee said at a Burda Live event in the town of Offenburg in the south-west of Germany.

Lee, who achieved global fame for his portrayal of Count Dracula in the eponymous 1958 film by director Terence Fisher, will appear in four new films in 2009.

London, Nov 3: Singer Leona Lewis has revealed that she would love to follow in the footsteps of actress Angelina Jolie by adopting kids.

“I definitely want to adopt, ” the Mirror quoted Lewis, as saying.

“My mum was a social worker and my dad was a youth offender officer, so I know that there are a lot of kids out there that need to be fostered and adopted,” she added.

Lewis has admitted admits her life was changed after a trip to South Africa earlier this year for Sport Relief.

“When I was in Africa I wanted to take home all the kids. They were so cute. All of them had been orphaned because of HIV and it was heart-rending,” she said.
