Neeraj Pandey feels it’s time to move on from A Wednesday.

He’s next putting finishing touches to a collection of short stories. “That’s taken more time than I thought.”

Though a screenwriter it comes as news to know Neeraj is a litterateur. “I’ve been writing these stories for a while. Some of them were written before A Wednesday , and some after. But they all show the romantic side of me, something that people haven’t seen in my film. One or two do touch on terrorism. ”

The stories are in English. “Writing for a book is a different discipline from writing screenplay.”
