Islamabad, Mar 26: Pakistan’s Attorney General Malik Muhammad QayyumPakistan’s Attorney General Malik Muhammad Qayyum said President Pervez Musharraf has no intention of filing a reference with the Supreme Court against the restoration of judges sacked on November 3, 2007.

Qayyum said Musharraf would neither resign nor file any reference against the judges’ restoration.

Qayyum said that he too had not yet decided on quitting his office, rejecting media reports that he would be resigning within 36 hours.

"I will quit only on the call of my conscience," he said.
