asif ali zardariIslamabad, July 30 : The will of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairperson Benazir Bhutto, which was shown by Asif Ali Zardari after her death was fake said the former Punjab Governor Malik Ghulam Mustafa Khar.

According to The News, Khar, the veteran PPP leader, said, “I know very well what I am talking and my claim is based on facts.”

At a press conference at Lahore Press Club on Tuesday Khar said that the will projected as Benazir Bhutto’s was a fake one and was prepared in London after her assassination, to hoodwink the PPP and the people of Pakistan.

Pak Army imposes curfew in Swat valley following clashes

Pakistan MilitaryPeshawar, July 30 : The Pakistan Army has imposed curfew across the Swat region for an indefinite period after its troops exchanged fire with militants in some areas of the valley.

So far, at least 30 Taliban have been reported killed in the Matta region of the Swat Valley. The Taliban, however, said that only five of their comrades had died.

The clashes followed renewed violence in the area in which three Pakistani officials were killed and up to 30 security forces kidnapped by militants.

The violence has delivered a serious blow to a peace deal signed with the militants in Swat two months ago.

Taliban kill female ''spy'' near Miranshah

PeshawarPeshawar, July 30 : Taliban militants have killed a woman near Miranshah after she was accused of spying for US forces across the border in Afghanistan.

According to The News, the body of Gulzada Bibi, 30, was found dumped on open ground Wednesday 14 kilometers west of Miranshah, the main town in the restive North Waziristan district.

A note found near her body said Bibi was spying for the US-led coalition in Afghanistan, a Pakistani security official told media here.

Pakistan expects same nuclear deal with US as with India: Gilani

India, pakistan, USWashington, July 30 : Visiting Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has said that Pakistan expects from United States a similar kind of nuclear deal that Washington has made with India.

“There should be no discrimination. If they want to give such nuclear status to India, we expect the same for Pakistan,” Gilani said in a conversation with Richard N. Haass, the President of Council on Foreign Relations at a meeting jointly organized with the Middle East Institute here.
