Keanu Reeves to star in film adaptation of “Cowboy Bebop”Washington, Jan 16 : Canadian/American actor Keanu Reeves is all set to star in the big screen adaptation of the Japanese anime TV series `Cowboy Bebop'.

The sci-fi movie is a production of 20th Century Fox, and Reeves will be playing the role of Spike Spiegel, an adventurous bounty hunter traveling through space in 2071, reports Variety magazine.

Peter Craig has been tapped to write the screenplay, and Sunrise Inc., which produces the anime series, will be closely involved with the development of the English-language project.

Though her rep has denied that she has had any alterations done to her lips, experts say that it definitely looks like she has.

"It definitely looks as though she had lip augmentation, probably with a hyaluronic acid like restylane on both lips," Fox News quoted Fifth Ave-based cosmetic surgeon and dermatologist Dr. Lewis M Feder, as saying.

Famed Beverly Hills surgeon, Dr. Payman Simoni, also supported Feder's comment.

Bank of America results awaited after second US assistance package

Bank of America LogoWashington - Investors were anxiously awaiting a fourth- quarter financial report from Bank of America Friday after the US government announced a 20-billion-dollar investment to help the bank digest its takeover of Merrill Lynch.

In addition to the investment, which the Treasury Department will provide in exchange for the bank's preferred stock at an 8-per-cent interest rate, the US government will also "provide protection against the possibility of unusually large losses" at the bank.

The guarantee covers assets totalling about 118 billion dollars.
