Washington, Feb 18 : Singer Chris Brown has chosen Paris Hilton's spin doctor Mike Sitrick to get him out the Rihanna mess, which began after he allegedly attacked her leaving her with horrific injuries.

However, Brown's choice of hiring Mike has added fuel to the rumors claiming that it was actually Hilton who sent a text to him, before he had an argument with Rihanna over the message, which finally led to his assault on her.

Although the R and B musician has since been pictured visiting her at the prestigious Hospital Sirio Libanes, he is keeping mum about the complications and the current status of his wife.

"The patient''s family has requested complete privacy on the case and we cannot comment on her current health situation, like any patient she will be released eventually," the New York Daily News quoted a representative for the hospital as saying.

Aphasia is caused by lesions to the language centers of the brain. These lesions are often due to stroke or brain injury, but can also be the result of a brain tumour or progressive disease such as Parkinson's or Alzheimer's.

Washington, February 18 : A study on mice has shown that an enzyme makes the heart prone to chronic cardiac insufficiency.

Published online in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, the study also found that the suppression of the same enzyme helps the heart remain strong despite increased stress.
