New York, Nov 7 : Modelling agency Elite Model Management, known for its world-class beauties, has won a case against escort service website Elitemodel. cc for using the name “Elite”.

When Elite Model Management filed the lawsuit last summer, the unnamed owners of the website, who had used a Park Ave. address, took the site down, revealed attorney Abraham Skoff, The News reported.

But they failed to respond to trademark-infringement claims made by Elite lawyers, which prompted Federal District Court Judge P. Kevin Castel to issue a default judgment in Elite’s favour.

Washington, Nov 7 : American country pop singer Carrie Underwood revealed her affection for Keith Urban at the sold-out Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on November 5, during her “Carnival Ride” concert.

Urban must have left a lasting impression in January when he and Underwood kicked off her tour together.

The ‘Devil Wears Prada’ star admits that she often receives letters that are “scary” and "just weird".

"It''s nice to get feedback from people who see the movies, but I have a few scary letters I could do without,” Contactmusic quoted Hathaway, as saying.

"I have been asked for pictures of my bare feet, which is just weird."

However, she refuses take the unsavoury items seriously.
