Singapore shares close down 3.2 per cent Singapore - Singapore shares closed 3.22 per cent lower on Monday.

The key Straits Times Index fell 72.11 points to 2,166.10 on trading volume of 4 billion shares.

Losers led gainers 396 to 225. (dpa)
