Mumbai: The bail application filed by Maria Susairaj, a Kannada actor, co-accused in the sensational Neeraj Grover murder was rejected by the sessions court on Tuesday for the second time.. 

The South Indian actor. along with her boyfriend the naval officer Emile Jerome, is charged for the murder of Synergy Adlabs creative head Neeraj Grover at her Malad house on May 7, 2008.

Judge K T Mahajan founded enough evidence in support of Susairaj’s involvement in the murder. The defence lawyers G Kannur and Harshad Ponda are now planning to challenge the sessions court verdict, in the Bombay High Court.
