Secrets behind perfect CV to help bag dream jobs revealed
Washington, Dec 16 : An entrepreneur has said that the biggest mistake that people make while writing their resumes, is that they try to cram every single activity, skill or job that they have ever had on a single page instead of focusing on creating a coherent story.
Elli Sharef, co-founder of HireArt, said that while it appears to be tempting to flood your CV with every skill that one has acquired, there are a few disadvantages to this approach, Mashable reported.
She explained if the CV is deluged by all the skils, there is a likelihood that employers likely won't recall any of them.
Sharef said that having a clear narrative is a huge advantage.
She also said that resumes exceeding two pages are considered unprofessional.
Sharef said that a lengthy or unfocused resume reeks of desperation. (ANI)
