London, Mar 29 : Supermodel Cindy Crawford has revealed the secret behind her stunning body- happiness.

The 43-year-old, who has graced the cover of more than 600 magazines, insists she doesn't have any secret to perfect figure.

"The secret is: There's no secret. You have to exercise, eat right. I don't smoke. Get enough sleep. I'm not a party girl. And truly the one secret is: be happy. Smile more," the Daily Express quoted her as saying.

"It's deciding to be joyful and -deciding to look for joy in your life -instead of waiting for it to find you. You're responsible for taking care of yourself, your exterior and your interior so you can even be in a place to receive joy," she added.

Unlike other celebs, Crawford's not picky about trying to stay young.

She insists she religiously uses a day cream with antioxidants and sunscreen, a night cream and eye cream, wears a facial mask treatment weekly and undergoes monthly microdermabrasion.

She also moisturises her face, hands and breasts.

"Most people don't start caring about the décolleté until it's too late but I'm religious about it," she said. (ANI)
