London, Apr 20 : For the first time, the jailed radical Islamic cleric Abu Qatada has been linked to terrorist organisation al-Qaeda by one of the terror group's own leaders.

Adil al-Abbab, revealed recently as Osama Bin Laden's head of religious affairs in Saudi Arabia, said: "Free our prisoners and the prisoners of the Muslims. O Allah! Free Sheikh Abu Qatada."

Qatada, long suspected of being the network's top European envoy, was respectfully referred to as "Sheikh" which denotes leadership, The Sun reports.

London, Apr 20 : "Beer goggles" should not become an excuse for men getting a woman''s age wrong, and indulging in sex with underage girls, according to a study.

Scientists first identified the idea of "beer goggles" in the early 1990s when it was dubbed "alcohol myopia", which meant that most men overestimated women''s ages after getting drunk.

But, University of Leicester researchers have revealed that men tend to overrate a women''s age regardless if they are drunk or not.

London, April 20 : Zahi Hawass, Egypt's top archaeologist, has claimed that the tombs of legendary Queen Cleopatra and her Roman lover Antony have been found.

According to a report in the Telegraph, Hawass has claimed that the tombs of the two lovers are located at the Toposiris Magna temple in Egypt, where significant findings have been made.

These crystals form clouds that can affect the Earth's energy balance by reflecting the sun's rays back into space, for example.

London, April 20 : British South Asian kids are less active than their peers from other ethnic groups, a new study has found.

This study is another piece in the jigsaw in helping to understand why South Asians are at higher risk of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.

For the study, the daily routines of 2,000 children aged nine and 10 in Birmingham, London and Leicester were examined. African-Caribbean and white European children also took part in the study.
