Gurgaon, Mar 29: The self-confessed suspect in the murder of Delhi Police Assistant Commissioner and encounter specialist Rajbir Singh, Vijay Bhardwaj, was admitted to a Gurgaon hospital on Saturday after he complained of chest pain, the police said.
“Bhardwaj was admitted to the Gurgaon Civil Hospital after he developed chest pain,” a police official said.
Earlier Bhardwaj, a real estate agent, confessed to the police that he had shot Singh at his Sector-14 office on Monday night. He said he pumped two bullets into Singh’s head with a .32 bore revolver, following a row over money. He is presently in Gurgaon Police custody.
