Prince Harry deletes his Facebook account after much-in-news Las Vegas trip

Prince Harry deletes his Facebook account after much-in-news Las Vegas trip Close on the heels of the best-selling UK tabloid, The Sun, running the pictures of a naked Prince Harry prancing about in a Las Vegas hotel room, Contact Music has come up with a report that Harry has deleted his Facebook account.

Noting that 27-year-old Harry, the third in line for the British throne, has decided to delete one of his social media accounts following the media coverage of his recent Las Vegas trip, Contact Music reported that Harry was using the name `Spike Wells' for his now-deleted Facebook account.

According to the details shared in the report, Harry's decision to delete his Facebook account was an upshot of the advice from his private security, Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton, who asked him to close out on the social media account.

The Prince's Las Vegas trip was much in news during the last couple of days because of the media coverage of the published photos of the young, unclothed royal, holding an unidentified woman in a hotel room.

The much-talked-about photos, which were sold to media outlets apparently for several thousand dollars, have brought Prince Harry a lot of attention over the last few days; and he was also reportedly offered a $10 million contract to work in an adult film with Vivid Entertainment.

Meanwhile, blaming Harry's security team for allowing things to get out of hand, the royal family has insisted that the media should stop publishing the photos out of respect for the young Prince.
