Posh finally gives her nod to Becks’ Milan move
London, Feb 17 : After much of convincing Victoria Beckham has finally given her nod to hubby David's move to AC Milan, while she and kids will stay back in Los Angeles.
Ten days ago, Beckham, who is set to return to training with LA Galaxy in March, had a lengthy discussion in London with Posh about whether to join the Italian giants permanently.
The ex-Spice Girl was initially concerned about uprooting their three sons-Brooklyn, nine, Romeo, six, and three-year-old Cruz-as the move could put them behind at school.
However, the couple have now decided that Posh would stay in America with the kids until the end of the school year.
"Victoria has told David she loves him and nothing will come between the family," the Sun quoted a pal as saying.
The friend added: "He was thrilled that she has let him pursue his last chance of playing top flight football."
No deal has been finalised as yet.
However, if the footballer gets a contract for over an year, the family might return to their "Beckingham Palace" home in Hertfordshire.
Becks himself has been taking Italian lessons for weeks, and has even convinced Posh that learning it would be good for their sons.
And the style-diva finally gave her nod for a full-time move after a meeting at swish Claridge's Hotel in Mayfair with her parents Tony and Jackie.
"It looks like David has got his way after making a very strong case for his career ending in Milan," the source said.
"David probably only has a few seasons left in him and if he wants to keep his England place and maybe play in another World Cup he must compete at the top level.
"Victoria can see that now - and after his career ends they can settle anywhere they want," the source added.
While Becks is about to strike a deal with both AC Milan and LA Galaxy, his spokesman said: "Victoria is very supportive but nothing has been agreed on his future." (ANI)
