The 68-year-old star insists that he always dresses well to go shopping and even wears heels to enhance his self-esteem.

"You want to look good," the Daily Express quoted him as saying.

"I've always done my own shopping at Tesco nearby or whatever. I don't wear slovenly clothes because I've seen photos of people like Britney Spears wearing a tracksuit. I never look terrible for shopping. I'll put on clean jeans rather than the torn ones I wear for the garden," he added.
