Washington, Mar. 10: Tennessee University student, who was accused of hacking into Alaska Governor Sarah Palin’s personal e-mail account, has been framed with three fresh charges apart from the charge of alleged hacking.

David Kernell, the son of Democratic Tennessee state legislator, was charged with unlawfully transmitting electronic information, fraud and attempting to impede an FBI investigation.

Kernell has pleaded not guilty to the new charges, just as he did after his September arrest, Politico reports.

Washington, March 5 : The U. S. Republican National Committee is keeping mum as to whether charities have been given the 150,000 dollars worth of clothing it bought for Alaska Governor during her vice presidential run last year.

So far as Palin's spokeswoman Meg Stapleton knows, the high-priced clothing has been donated to charity.

"To my knowledge, the RNC donated the clothes, and in a quiet and respectful manner," FOXNews. com quoted her as saying in an e-mail.

Juneau (Alaska, US), Feb. 19 : Alaska Governor and former Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin has been asked by officials to pay back taxes to the Internal Revenue Service. She reportedly owes taxes on more than 17,000 dollars in per-diem expenses.

State employees who live more than 50 miles away from Alaska''s capital, Juneau, are entitled to state aid in the form of per-diem payments. Juneau is approximately 600 miles from Palin''s home town of Wasilla, making the governor eligible for the payments.
