Washington, January 6 : Actor Robert Pattinson, best known for playing Edward Cullen in the film adaptation of `Twilight', has revealed should his acting career fail, he is prepared to turn to plan B - music.

The 22-year-old, who honed his acting skills at a theatre school in London, said he was prepared for the worst and would be keen to turn towards singing.

"Music is my back-up plan if acting fails. I don''t want to put all my eggs in one basket," Contactmusic quoted him as telling the Los Angeles Times.

London, Jan 03 : Hollywood actor Robert Pattinson has revealed that when he was 12 years old his two sisters used to dress him up as a girl.

The Twilight heartthrob had two sisters who used to dress him in their clothes and introduce him as Claudia.

And the 22-year-old star, who has a huge female following, says he wasn't cool until he was 12.

"Up until I was 12, my sisters used to dress me up as a girl and introduce me as Claudia," The Sun quoted Robert, as saying.

The heartthrob revealed that he was not that outgoing when he was young.

"Twelve was a real turning point for me as I moved to a mixed school, and then I became cool and discovered hair gel," Robert said.

Washington, Dec 10 : Twilight star Robert Pattinson has revealed that he is attracted to women who are slightly mad.

When asked about what qualities does he look for in his girl, the 22-year-old heartthrob said that he likes his ladies to be "mental, strong women."

"The stuff I find attractive in women, I always regret finding attractive,” Contactmusic quoted him as telling British magazine Closer.

“I always like a kind of madness in a woman, and when they are really, really strong. And they''re the worst - mental, strong women!

London, Nov 26 : ‘Twilight’ actor Robert Pattinson has revealed that he was forced by the producers of the teen vampire film to get his teeth fixed so that he can have a perfect smile for the movie.

The producers got him to get dental work done on his teeth to attain an alluring smile.

Although the ‘Harry Potter’ actor was delighted about acting in the new Vampire tale, he was daunted about getting major dental work done prior to filming.

New Delhi, Nov 24 : American magazine Entertainment Weekly has compiled a list of “10 Breakout Stars of 2008” and English actor Robert Pattinson has topped it.

Pattinson, 22, had played the part of Edward Cullen in “Twilight”, the big screen adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s popular book series, reports the China Daily.

Included in the list is American teen actress Demi Lovato, who became famous after her Disney Channel’s “Camp Rock” television movie, starring alongside the Jonas Brothers.
