New Delhi, Feb 7: The Election Commission (EC) will convene a high-level meeting of poll officials of all states here today to make strategies for free and fair electioneering process.
Chief Election Commissioner N Gopalaswami and Election Commissioners - Navin Chawla and S Y Quraishi - will take stock of the poll-related issues with Chief Electoral Officers (CEOs) of all the states and union territories.
The meeting is likely to focus on reviewing of photo electoral rolls to eliminate bogus voters.

Fifty-two general observers and eight expenditure observers will reach the allotted constituencies before the last day of filing nominations and will stay there till the end of the Assembly polls.
