Los Angeles  - The glittery glove famously worn by former pop idol Michael Jackson in his 1983 video for the hit song Billie Jean is up for sale.

The glove will be auctioned off in April, together with more than 2,000 items from Neverland Ranch, Jackson's home for over 15 years, until he abandoned in the aftermath of his 2005 acquittal on charges that he molested a young male visitor there.

Washington, Dec 10 : The `Doubt' director John Patrick Shanley has said that the movie has been partly inspired by Michael Jackson.

The film, which Shanley directed from his 2004 Broadway play, was premiered to an all-star crowd at the Paris Theater on Dec 7.

He said that when Father Flynn is revealed in the award winning play to have given a 12-year-old boy liquor - the incident was inspired by Michael Jackson having given "Jesus Juice" to children at Neverland.

The filmmaker revealed the connection on December 9 at the Four Seasons, where Miramax toasted him, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Viola Davis with a lunch celebrating the film's opening.

London, Dec 5 : Three teenager boys, who will be playing Michael Jackson in the new West End show ‘Thriller Live,’ have said that they are ''overwhelmed'' to have got the chance to portray their idol.

The boys— Layton Williams from Bury, Sterling Williams from London and Kieran Alleyne from Leicester - all aged 13 –are to play the legendary singer in rotation.

Dressed in 1970s clothes, the trio appeared at the Lyric Theatre and performed Jackson 5 hit I Want You Back.

"It''s quite scary that we have to be him as he was so amazing," BBC quoted Layton as saying.

London, Dec 1 : Michael Jackson is planning to throw a lavish birthday bash for brother Jermaine – in the Big Brother house.

According to the singer, the reality show setting will be perfect for the huge weekend-long bash.

And he wants to invite many of the former housemates from Celebrity Big Brother 2007 when Jermaine, who is turning 54 next week, was a contestant.

Jermaine’s old housemates, like A-Team ace Dirk Benedict, 63, Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty, 33, and Scouse beauty Danielle Lloyd, 24, would be given invitation for the pyjama party.

It has been reported that Michael may land up a deal with a publishing giant, as he is still one of the most intriguing celebrities, who was at zenith of his career before getting involved in controversies.

London, Nov 25 : King of Pop Michael Jackson, who has reportedly blown 1 million pounds on luxuries and trinkets, including toys and comic books, is said to be surviving on a meagre diet of biscuits, painkillers and gravy.

According to sources, the singer’s spending habits are still running out of control, describing him as a “millionaire who lives like a billionaire”.

And they say his bizarre sprees have left him close to ruin.

Sources have claimed he will go into a comic store or antiques shop and buy the whole stock. When a catalogue arrives, he will order everything in it.
