Washington, Feb 18: Lindsay Lohan's recent skinny appearances have disturbed fans and paparazzi alike, and it has now emerged that the actress' weight loss is because of her bad habits, late-night lifestyle, lack of sleep and problems with girlfriend D. J. Samantha Ronson.

Sources close to the `Mean Girls' star say that hard-partying Lindsay is surviving off Red Bull, coffee and cigarettes; is hardly sleeping; and making strange phone-calls at odd hours of the night.

London, Feb 16 : American actress Lindsay Lohan and her DJ girlfriend Samantha Ronson had to cancel a gig for Valentine''s Day, after they were told by a doctor that they were too ill to fly.

The two had been booked to host a party at Passions, a nightclub in Florida''s Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on February 14, but had to cancel the gig on the day of the event itself due to flu.

New York, Feb 15: Lindsay Lohan''s mum Dina has rubbished reports about her tax problems as `ridiculous' - accusing her ex-husband of leaking the story to the press.

The `Mean Girls' star''s mum is said to owe 11,485.74 dollars in property taxes to Nassau County.

If she fails to pay the bill, the tax lien - a security interest granted on property to secure debt repayment - reportedly placed against her home will go up for auction next week.

Lohan has refused to confirm the news, but has blasted the reports as `ridiculous'.

London, Feb 5 : Lindsay Lohan's father has decided to stop writing blogs blasting her and girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

In earlier blog postings, Michael had criticized DJ Ronson and encouraged Lindsay to dump her.

Last week he begged his daughter's fans to "intervene" and "save her life".

Now he's agreed to stop the exercise, after being asked to stop by his kids, but is still insisting he never meant to hurt 22-year-old Lindsay, her 15-year-old sister Ali or ex-wife Dina, reports the Sun.

Washington, Feb 3 : American actress Lindsay Lohan created a big stir on a Delta Flight departing from Tampa, Florida, when she insisted she be given a first-class seat.

Lohan, 22, had been allotted a business or economy class seat on the flight on January 31, and she threw a tantrum, much to the amusement of the passengers, when she came to know about it.

A source, who was present when it happened, revealed that passengers were laughing at her as she stomped around and warned a friend travelling with her of her untimely death.

New York, Jan 29 : American actress Lindsay Lohan's dad Michael has revealed that he would like to free his daughter from her lover Samantha Ronson's grip.

Michael, who has been against the relationship from the start, spoke out publicly in a blog entry entitled "Please help!!!"

"After seeing promise and thanking God for Lindsay''s freedom from Samantha''s bondage, I see now, that since Samantha has once again, weaseled her way back into Lindsay''s life, things have taken a dark turn," the New York Daily News quoted him as writing.
