Last December, the `Ray' star was travelling to Las Vegas for celebrating his 41st birthday along with Diddy, but just before touching down, the aircraft nosedived and a scared Foxx was sure that he won't survive a crash landing.

Much to his relief, the pilot managed to regain control of the plane just in time.

According to E! Online, Leno innocently said on the show: "Did you say something inappropriate?" reports E! Online.

"Yeah," admitted Foxx and then took a few breaths and went on to offer a full-blown apology.

While partying at club Liv in the Fontainebleau for LeBron James'' birthday earlier this week, the 41-year-old star "asked the deejay to play his new single three times in a row," the New York Post quoted a source as saying.

"The crowd was really annoyed, and a few people started throwing ice at him," the source added.

However, Foxx seemed unfazed by the fury and kept on dancing.
