It said that now it was up to Nawaz Shraif and Asif Ali Zardari to adopt a crack-down policy against Al Qaeda militants.

The chief minister had in recent meetings with parliamentary leaders of different parties in the provincial assembly in Islamabad had informed them about the PPP’s decision to nominate Zardari.
