OPEC crude price gains 6.75 dollars last week Vienna - Climbing 0.56 dollars Friday, the price for crude oil produced by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) rose by a total of 6.75 dollars last week, according to OPEC data released on Monday.

One barrel (159 litres) of OPEC-produced crude stood at 114.63 dollars Friday, compared with 114.07 dollars on the previous day.

OPEC calculates an average basket price based on 13 important brands produced by cartel members. (dpa)
