While the second-largest two-wheeler maker has ignited a price war in the Indian market with the launch of the Discover at Rs. 46,000, HMSI is of a view that it is impossible to launch a premium bike at such a price point and the company is widely unimpressed by the move of the company.

Although, the fourth-largest two-wheeler maker, HMSI that launched its new 150cc bike, CB Unicorn Dazzler, at a price of Rs 62,900, the company said that it will not pitch in the price war started by Bajaj in the Indian two-wheelers market.

Turmeric reversed a 2-day decline to end higher as low stocks and overseas inquires supported sentiment. Overseas demand may support the prices in long run. In Nizamabad the price fell 258 rupees to end at 14,665 rupees. Turmeric yesterday we have seen that market has moved 2%. Market has opened at 14309 & made a low of 13862 versus the day high of 14524. The total volume for the day was at 14700 lots and the open interest was at 9280.Support for turmeric is at 14083 below that could see a test of 13641. Resistance is now seen at 14745 above that could see a resistance of 14965.

The study found that if a woman touches a participant on his back, they would take more risk than the cases when a woman just talk to a participant or a man touches the participant.

The Delhi University has announced that it is going to offer 5,000 more seats in the undergraduate courses this year and the admission process begins on May 28. This has been declared by the DU officials today.

The total number of seats available for the undergraduate courses in Delhi University was 49,000 in the preceding year. But in the next academic session of 2010-11, the number of seats will be increased to 54,000. The university is offering 5,000 seats in professional courses.
