The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has informed that a new set of rules is going to be introduced to allow planes to fly at a level higher than the ash densities. For this type of fly the airlines need an agreement with the engine and aircraft manufacturer. The entire manufacturer, regulators and the airlines have welcomed this decision of CAA.

That means he has to miss the final of the Champions League. The match against Inter Milan in Madrid will be the second match of his ban which is going to be played on Saturday. Cas has said they will open up the reasons. For this reason the ban was not lifted.
