Scottish researchers have found out that the people who brush their teeth twice in a day are out of the risk of heart diseases.

A study in Scotland over 11,000 adults has found that those people with poor and dirty oral hygiene has a 70% of increased risk of heart diseases as compared to the people who brush twice a day.

The British Medical Journal study supports the Scottish study, according to which there is a link between heart problems and gum diseases. But some researchers have said that the oral factor is just one reason for the bad heart health.

Japan and the US have agreed on a deal to relocate an American military base on the Japanese island, Okinawa. They have announced to move the Futenma base to a less crowded location of the island from its current urban location.
