Lampertheim, Germany  - After he got his massage, a man in south-western Germany robbed his masseuse and made off with the day's earnings, police said Thursday.

The suspect Wednesday evening put a knife to the woman's throat when asked to pay for his treatment at a massage studio in Lampertheim, a town in the German state Hesse, and fled after relieving the studio of its earnings.

He escaped pursuit near the town's train station, police said but declined to release information on the amount of money stolen. (dpa)
