Thousands of people have said that they have seen a floating city above China’s skies. On October 7, the mysterious city was seen floating above Foshan in China’s Guangdong province. It could become an exciting topic of discussion among conspiracy theorists on what exactly it is

YouTube channel Paranormal Crucible said, “The footage captured by a local resident appears to show a huge city floating in the clouds. The apparition, which was witnessed by hundreds of shocked residents, only lasted a few minutes before completely disappearing”.

As expected, a number of theories have emerged explain what was the sighting. Some have even called it the part of the Blue Beam Project, which is a quite known conspiracy theory. As per this theory, NASA is planning to have a faked alien invasion on earth. Many others have claimed it as a parallel universe.

Though the idea of parallel universe is considered not near to true, there are some scientists that have started looking into the assumption. As per weather experts, the phenomenon could an optical illusion known as Fata Morgana, a kind of mirage.

Experts said the mirage appears like a city of skyscrapers due to stacked images. It is not the first time when it has been aid that a mysterious city has been seen in the clouds above China. In 2011, sightings of colossal structure akin to a city with skyscrapers floating above Huangshan City were also reported.
