Xperia 10 with O2, a pricey affair
O2 the telecom operator from UK joined the league elites, including Vodafone and Orange, in promoting the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. But it's only in black. It has made Xperia available from online partners like Mobiles. co. uk or dial-a-phone.
The phone is available at the best possible rate of £30 a month featuring unlimited texts and 600 minutes, but oddly enough, with no free unlimited internet access.
This phone means a hefty sum from the pocket as the total accountability reaches up to £720 over two years, which is higher than any high priced smartphone in other platform like the HTC Desire on T-Mobile.
The latest ETA for the service would feature in May 2010, said O2.
A spokesperson from O2 said, "Whenever we launch a product we always want to ensure our customers get the best service possible, particularly when you see the dissatisfaction customers have with other providers."
