Tata Housing launches affordable housing project
Tata Housing Development Company has revealed that it has introduced 'New Haven', a first step in the affordable housing section.
New Haven's flagship project will be rolled out at Boisar in Mumbai and will provide 1,300 apartments which comprises 2 BHK and 3 BHK homes, commencing at Rs 12.73 lakh with a minimum size of 670 square feet.
Representatives of Tata Housing Development stated in an official report that the New Haven will provide self-contained homes at an affordable price to consumers, which includes swimming pool, clubhouse as well as community centre, children's playground and indoor badminton court.
The sources informed that 'New Haven' will establish a pan-India presence across Tier I and II cities in India. Tata Housing's 'New Haven' will be manufactured under the guidance of Indian Green Building Council (IGB C).
According to an official release, prices of the homes at New Haven will be start from Rs 12.73 lakh to Rs 26.22 lakh. In order to book an apartment, consumers have to pay an initial payment of 10% of the total sale price as booking amount.
As per reports of media, Tata Housing Development Company is a fully-owned arm of Tata Sons.
