OnMobile Global Limited has entered into 'Business Agreements' with Telefonica International, S. A. U., Spain for exclusive long-term market rights to deploy wide range of value added service in 13 countries in Latin America.

The company stated in an official release that most of the major VAS services will be launched by Telefonica on an exclusive basis with OnMobile.

Telefonica is the third largest telecom operator in the world based on subscribers, with presence in multiple countries in Europe, Latin America. The company has a significant amout of market access in the Latin American countries and is one of the largest telecom operators in Latin America.

As per the said agreements, the company will be deploy its services across the networks of Telefonica in 13 Latin American Countries covering over 130 million subscriber today.

Further, OnMobile would also supply all the specialized VAS equipment required to deploy these services and also operate the services for Telefonica on a Managed Services basis under long-term operation contracts.

The shares of Onmobile closed today at Rs 457 on BSE. The scrip has touched intraday high and low of Rs 562 and Rs 185 respectively.
